Rinse the quinoa with plenty of water. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and saut\u00e9 the onion, leek and carrot. Then add the quinoa, spices, dill, spinach, salt, pepper and around 250 g of water. Simmer until the quinoa is done. Simmer until the quinoa is done. At the end, add lemon juice.
